Crazy to think we’re already looking at May appointments! Schools almost out so teachers/paras/admin, treat yourself to a well deserved massage to end the school year!

Feeling sore after a massage? That’s normal! If you don’t receive massages regularly, your body isn’t use to having your muscles stretched and then released. The soreness can be your muscles relaxing after being tight for long periods of time. The soreness should never feel painful, but more like you just did a light workout. If during the massage you feel like the pressure is too much, please tell your massage therapist so they can adjust to your preference. We are here to help you unwind, ease pain and make you feel better than before the massage! Remember to drink plenty of water, do light stretching/short walk and RELAX. You don’t want to do any strenuous activity after a massage because it can cause your muscles to tighten back up and cause more stiffness and aches than before.

Now booking “Mother’s Day Special” appointments for May 9th! This special will be a 90 minute full body massage including a rosemary scalp massage, extended face massage with a face mask and end it with a take home self care basket to continue the relaxing vibes! Each basket will have a scented candle, a beautiful bouquet done by Main St. Floral, a sheet mask as well as bath salts and a powder milk bath!

This is a $200 special. A non refundable deposit of $50 is required when booking and will be taken off your total at check or it can be paid upfront so you can leave right after your massage and stay in your blissful state 😌
