First day of spring = time to reset your family's immune system. 🌸

Your family just spent months indoors, fighting off winter viruses, dealing with less sunlight, and accumulating stress in their nervous systems.

Your immune system is depleted and now spring is here with its own challenges: pollen overload, temperature fluctuations, Daylight Saving exhaustion, lingering viruses, and increased outdoor activity (more exposure).

If you don't reset now, spring becomes a season of constant allergies, infections, and struggling to keep up - instead of the fresh start it's supposed to be.

Don't let spring get your family's immune system down, optimize everyone together by adding in "the reset plan" for spring:
☀️ Morning sunlight (resets circadian rhythm, boosts vitamin D)
💚 Chiropractic adjustments (removes winter stress, supports immune function)
💧 Increase hydration (supports lymphatic drainage)
🥗 Add spring produce (vitamin C, antioxidants, fiber)
🏃 Daily outdoor movement (lymph needs movement to drain)
😴 Consistent sleep (immune repair happens overnight)

Chiropractic care is the foundation - clearing spinal interference from winter, supporting lymphatic drainage before allergy season, regulating stress response, and building immune resilience for spring exposures.

Families who reset at the beginning of spring have fewer allergies, don't catch the spring colds going around, have more energy, and actually ENJOY the season.
Families who skip it struggle all season long.
Don't wait until you're sick. Reset NOW.

Drop 🌸 if you're ready to reset your family's immune system and have your healthiest spring yet.

If you're pregnant and can't breathe through your nose, you're not imagining it.

Pregnancy rhinitis affects 20-30% of pregnant women - and most doctors just say "deal with it until delivery."
But you don't have to suffer through it, mama.

Here's what's happening:
Estrogen increases → nasal blood vessels swell → congestion
Progesterone increases → relaxes nasal passages → more swelling
Blood volume increases 40-50% → more blood flow to mucous membranes → constant stuffiness

This leads to mouth-breathing all day and night, can't sleep lying down, and most decongestants aren't pregnancy-safe.

Natural remedies that actually work:
🌊 Saline nasal rinse (neti pot) 2x daily
💨 Humidifier while sleeping
💧 Drink 80-100oz water daily (thins mucus)
😴 Elevate your head while sleeping
🌿 Steam inhalation (add eucalyptus if provider approves)
🍋 Lemon + honey + warm water
🧂 Salt cave/halotherapy (pregnancy-safe)

How chiropractic helps:
Upper cervical and thoracic adjustments support lymphatic drainage from sinuses, improve nervous system regulation of inflammation, release tension restricting breathing, and help optimize rib and diaphragm function (especially important as baby grows!).

Our goal is to support your body's ability to drain, regulate, and adapt.

Try these natural remedies + chiropractic support to make breathing easier.

You don't have to suffer through pregnancy, mama. 💚

Drop 🤰 if pregnancy stuffiness is making you miserable. We help pregnant mamas breathe easier.

Your kid's eczema isn't a skin problem. It's an inflammation problem. 🌿

If you're stuck in the steroid cream cycle - flare-up, treat, temporary relief, repeat - you're not alone. And you're not crazy for thinking there has to be a better way.

Eczema and hives are your child's body pushing internal inflammation OUT through the skin.
But where does that inflammation come from?
The nervous system.

When your child's nervous system is dysregulated, it triggers chronic inflammation, histamine overproduction, immune hyperactivity, and gut issues...and all of that shows up on the skin.

Your nervous system controls your gut.
Your gut controls 70% of your immune system.
Your immune system controls inflammation.

When there's spinal interference (especially mid-to-low back), the nerves controlling gut and immune function can't communicate properly. That's when you see chronic skin issues that won't resolve no matter what cream you use.

Chiropractic care clears that interference, regulates the nervous system, and allows the body to calm inflammation from the inside out.

Swipe through to learn why eczema is a nervous system problem 👉 and drop 🌿 if this is your child's struggle.

You don't have to accept constant flare-ups as normal. 💚

Depression.
Anxiety.
Brain fog.
Emotional dysregulation.

We've been taught these are "mental health issues" that need to be managed with medication, therapy, or just "trying harder." But what if we told you that your mental health can be changed neurologically?

Your vagus nerve - the main highway between your brain and body - runs from your brainstem, past C1 (the first bone in your neck), down to your heart, lungs, and gut.
When C1 isn't able to communicate properly due to stress and dysfunction, vagus nerve function is compromised. This means:
1. Your brain can't properly regulate mood.
2. Your stress response stays activated.
3. Inflammation increases in the brain.
4. Anxiety and depression worsen.

Research shows that chiropractic adjustments (especially upper cervical) increase vagal tone, reduce stress hormones, improve brain-body communication, and help regulate the autonomic nervous system.
A regulated nervous system leads to:
-A decrease in anxiety
-Mood stabilization
-Improvement in mental clarity
-An increase in emotional resilience
-Restorative sleep + rest

We're not saying chiropractic "cures" depression or anxiety. We're saying it supports the nervous system foundation that controls mental health. Your brain needs clear communication with your body. When interference is cleared, mental health often improves - sometimes dramatically.

Mental health is whole-body health, and it starts with the nervous system.

Your pregnancy care shouldn't look the same at 8 weeks as it does at 38 weeks.

Because what your body needs in the first trimester is completely different from what it needs in the third. And your nervous system—the system coordinating every single change happening in your body—needs specific support at every stage.

FIRST TRIMESTER (Weeks 1-13): Adaptation + Regulation

Your body is experiencing a massive hormonal surge. Morning sickness, extreme fatigue, emotional overwhelm—your nervous system is trying to adapt to rapid changes. Early adjustments support hormone regulation, reduce nausea signals through vagus nerve function, and help your body establish a strong foundation for the months ahead.

SECOND TRIMESTER (Weeks 14-27): Alignment + Space

Baby's growth accelerates. Your center of gravity shifts forward. Round ligament pain shows up. This is when we focus on pelvic balance (Webster Technique) and spinal support as your curves change. We're creating optimal SPACE for baby to grow and positioning your body for an easier third trimester and labor.

THIRD TRIMESTER (Weeks 28-40): Positioning + Preparation

Maximum physical changes. Sciatica, p***c pain, rib pain. Your body is preparing for labor, and baby needs to get into optimal position. Weekly adjustments help your pelvis open and align, relieve nerve pressure, support baby's positioning, and prepare your nervous system for labor.
Studies show regular adjustments in the third trimester correlate with shorter labor times and fewer interventions.

Your nervous system is coordinating organ shifts, blood volume increases, hormone fluctuations, postural changes, and baby's development—all at once.
When it's functioning optimally, pregnancy feels safer, labor progresses more smoothly, and baby thrives.
You're not just "carrying a baby." You're performing biological miracles every single day. And your nervous system deserves trimester-specific support through it all.

Your frozen shoulder isn't actually a shoulder problem.

You've been told it's "adhesive capsulitis"—inflammation and adhesions in the shoulder capsule causing progressive stiffness and pain.
The treatment plan? Physical therapy, maybe a cortisone shot, and "just wait 1-2 years for it to resolve."

But here is the question that no one can answer: Why did your shoulder freeze in the first place?

Your shoulder doesn't just decide to lock up randomly. It's a protective response to something deeper—and that something is your nervous system.

And it might just be from your neck...

When your neck is imbalanced, your entire body compensates: shoulder blade position shifts, rib cage rotates, thoracic spine adjusts, pelvis tilts. The frozen shoulder is the END RESULT of a full-body compensation pattern that started in your spine—possibly years ago.

Physical therapy on the shoulder alone won't fix a cervical spine problem. Cortisone shots won't restore vagus nerve function. Waiting 1-2 years just allows the compensation patterns to become more ingrained.

Chiropractic care addresses the ROOT:
✅ We clear cervical subluxations affecting nerve supply to the shoulder
✅ We restore upper cervical alignment for proper vagus nerve function
✅ We address thoracic and rib misalignments creating compensation
✅ We correct full-body postural patterns perpetuating the problem

When nervous system function restores, inflammation decreases, range of motion returns, and pain resolves—in weeks to months, not years.

Your frozen shoulder is your body's alarm system telling you something upstream needs attention. Stop treating just the symptom and address the system.

You've been lied to about postpartum recovery.

"Six weeks and you're cleared!" they say.
As if your body just magically returns to its pre-pregnancy state. As if nine months of massive physical transformation and the most intense event of your life can be undone in 42 days.

The reality is: 6 weeks postpartum is when your uterus has shrunk back and your bleeding has (mostly) stopped. That's it.

It is NOT when:
Your pelvic floor is fully restored
Your core has reconnected
Your nervous system has regulated
Your hormones have rebalanced
Your spine has realigned
You've actually healed

ACTUAL postpartum recovery? 6 to 12+ months. Sometimes longer.

And here's what your body actually needs during that time:
1. Nervous System Support (3-6 months minimum)
You spent 9 months with elevated stress hormones and then went through the most physically intense experience of your life. Your nervous system needs help shifting OUT of survival mode so it can support hormone regulation, deep healing, and true recovery.

2. Physical Balance (3-12 months)
Your pelvis expanded, your spine curved forward, your ribs flared, your organs shifted, and your ligaments stretched. None of that just "snaps back." Regular chiropractic adjustments help restore balance, support core reconnection, and prevent chronic pain patterns from setting in.

3. Hormone Rebalancing (6-18 months)
Estrogen and progesterone plummet. Prolactin surges if you're breastfeeding. Oxytocin floods and cortisol tries to regulate. These massive shifts affect your sleep, mood, energy, weight, and healing capacity. Nervous system care supports your body's ability to navigate this transition naturally.

The 6-week mark isn't the finish line. It's barely the starting line.

You didn't "bounce back." You TRANSFORMED.
Your body performed miracles—and it deserves the time, support, and care to heal properly.

Ever notice how your shoulders tense up when you're anxious? Or how your stomach hurts when you're stressed?

Your body doesn't separate emotional stress from physical stress.
To your nervous system, it's all the same—it's all THREAT.

When you experience emotional stress (work pressure, relationship conflict, financial worry, grief, overwhelm), your nervous system kicks into fight-or-flight mode. And when you stay in that state chronically, your body starts to break down.

Here's how emotional stress becomes physical pain:
1. Muscle tension - Your body literally braces for danger. Tight shoulders, clenched jaw, tension headaches, lower back pain—it's your nervous system holding on.
2. Inflammation - Chronic stress increases cortisol and inflammatory markers, leading to joint pain, digestive issues, and chronic conditions.
3. Nerve sensitivity - When your nervous system is on high alert, it interprets normal sensations as pain. Everything feels more intense.
4. Poor sleep and healing - Stress disrupts your body's ability to rest and repair, so pain lingers and injuries don't heal properly.
5. Digestive dysfunction - Your gut is directly connected to your nervous system. Stress = IBS, bloating, nausea, acid reflux.

You're not "just stressed." Your body is RESPONDING to stress the only way it knows how.
Chiropractic care doesn't erase your stressors. But it DOES help your nervous system shift out of fight-or-flight mode and into a state where healing, digestion, sleep, and pain regulation can actually happen.

Regular adjustments help your body process stress instead of storing it as tension and pain.
You deserve care that addresses the whole picture—not just the symptoms. Link in bio to request an appointment.

"Dear Nervous System,
You've carried me through every hard conversation, sleepless night, heartbreak, and overwhelming day. You've kept my heart beating, my lungs breathing, my body healing, even when I didn't give you the support you deserved.

This year, I want to say thank you and I want to show you some love."

Here are 5 ways to care for your nervous system this month (and every month):
1. Get Adjusted Regularly
Clear the interference. Restore proper communication between your brain and body. Give yourself the foundation for optimal function.

2. Prioritize Deep Sleep
Your nervous system repairs and resets during sleep. 7-9 hours isn't indulgent, it's essential for hormone regulation, mood stability, and healing.

3. Practice Breathwork
Deep, intentional breathing activates your vagus nerve and shifts you out of fight-or-flight mode. Try 4-7-8 breathing: inhale for 4, hold for 7, exhale for 8. Instant reset.

4. Move Your Body Gently
Walking, stretching, yoga—gentle movement signals SAFETY to your nervous system. You don't need intense workouts. You need joyful, consistent movement.

5. Connect with Safe People
Your nervous system co-regulates with others. Hugs, laughter, deep conversations, these tell your brain you're safe. You're wired for connection. Let yourself receive it.

Your nervous system is your lifeline. It controls everything: how you sleep, heal, digest, handle stress, and show up in the world.

This Valentine's Day, instead of just celebrating romantic love, let's celebrate the incredible system that makes it all possible.

Give your nervous system the care it's been begging for. Request an appointment via link in bio and let's show your nervous system some love 💗

Guys, let's talk about something you've probably been struggling with in silence: low testosterone.

Low energy, weight gain around the middle, lost muscle mass, brain fog, low libido, mood swings, poor sleep, decreased motivation.
You've been told it's "just part of getting older" and that testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is your only option.

But did you know that Testosterone production is controlled by your NERVOUS SYSTEM?
Your hypothalamus and pituitary gland (in your brain) send signals through your nervous system to tell your body to produce testosterone.

When there are subluxations in your spine or chronic stress keeping your nervous system in overdrive, those signals get disrupted.
Add to that the fact that cortisol (stress hormone) and testosterone compete for the same raw materials in your body.

When you're chronically stressed—work pressure, poor sleep, nervous system dysfunction—your body prioritizes SURVIVAL (cortisol production) over THRIVING (testosterone production).
You literally cannot stress your way to healthy hormone levels.

Chiropractic care clears the interference in your nervous system so your body can:
✨ Regulate stress hormones properly
✨ Sleep deeply and recover
✨ Send clear signals for testosterone production
✨ Build muscle and manage weight
✨ Function the way it's designed to
We've seen men in our practice experience increased energy, better sleep, improved focus, easier weight management, and restored vitality—not from injections, but from supporting the system that controls it all.

Before you commit to a lifetime of TRT, let's check what's happening at the foundation: your nervous system.

You deserve to feel strong, focused, and energized again. And your body knows how to get there—it just needs the right support.

📍 Struggling with low energy, weight gain, or hormone issues? We would love to help. Link in bio.
