π¬οΈ Breathe Easy with Acupuncture π¬οΈ
Coughing can linger long after a cold, allergies, or irritation β but acupuncture helps restore balance to the Lung meridian, clear phlegm, and calm the bodyβs natural breathing rhythm.
π¨ How acupuncture helps:
β¨ Opens the airways and reduces throat irritation
β¨ Strengthens Lung Qi to boost immunity
β¨ Clears phlegm and relieves chest tightness
β¨ Calms spasms that trigger coughing

π Try these acupressure points at home for quick relief:
1οΈβ£ Lung 5 (Chize) β Bend your elbow slightly. Youβll find it on the inside crease of the elbow, near the thumb side of the tendon.
π Gently press or massage here for 30β60 seconds to relieve cough and clear phlegm from the lungs.
2οΈβ£ Lung 7 (Lieque) β Hold your arm out. Find a spot about 1.5 inches above the wrist crease, on the thumb side (just below the bump of the bone).
π Press and rub in small circles β it helps open the lungs, ease shortness of breath, and soothe throat irritation.
3οΈβ£ Stomach 40 (Fenglong) β If thereβs phlegm or mucus, find this one halfway down the lower leg, on the outer side of the shin (between knee and ankle).
π Firmly press or rub for 30 seconds each side β this point clears dampness and transforms phlegm.
4οΈβ£ Ear Point βStop Wheezingβ β On the outer ear, near the middle ridge.
π Massage gently with your fingertip or place an ear seed here if you have them! It helps calm wheezing and open the chest.
