MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH ACUPUNCTURE:
As a child I was a gymnast and later coached gymnastics for over 10 years. One of my other passions is riding horses. So after I experienced a back injury the doctors told me I would never be able to do either of these I was devastated. The doctors wanted to perform surgery to correct the injury but I chose to opt out and seek alternatives. After a serious look at my options I chose to use Acupuncture, physical therapy, chiropractic and exercise to heal. I became fascinated with Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine and its ability to heal from all perspectives, the emotional, physical and nutritional. Shortly after I made the choice of a career change. My education is continual as it is my passion to learn everything about the human body, how and why internal and external experiences, nutrition, exercise, stress and meditation affects it. I enjoy educating my patients so they may have the tools to be and feel healthy... mind, body and spirit. I look forward to working with you and passing on the tools I have learned.

All but 1 puppy has a forever home. Why is it that the black ones are always last to go? She is so beautiful. If she is anything like her mom she will make someone so happy. Miss Garnet aka “Snoopy girl” is waiting for her forever home.

I was not aware until today that my good friend and former Massage therapist at Ascend Acupuncture passed away last year 😢 my heart is 😔sad. Linda was a bright loving soul with such beauty and finesse. She had a love for animals and painting and was an amazing massage therapist. When she left Ascend Acupuncture to retire with her husband it was a sweet parting. I was happy for her but sad to see her leave the state of California. Not ever would I imagine it would end like this. She had so many years ahead to enjoy life. It saddens me that she is gone. Please let other know here in the Valley as she had a big client following. I do not know how or why she passed.
