DrV here…for the last 10+ years I’ve served >2000 Trans and gender diverse patients, providing life-saving and life-affirming (medically necessary and evidence-based!) hormone therapy.

It continues to be the honor of my life, and my heart breaks daily at the hate, violence, and menacing scapegoating directed at them. The casual use of genocidal language in Executive Orders is noted with acute and appropriate fear among my patients.

I also serve on the Board of Advocates for Trans Equality, fighting on the front line for their liberties and very lives.

VALUED : We'd like to give a shoutout to Dr. Kristen Vierregger and her staff at Metamorphosis Medical Center [ ]. She is part of our trusted network of expert healthcare and service professionals that enable us to treat our clients with a comprehensive approach — our go-to person in Orange County who has been serving the gender-expansive community there since 2013. She is easy to talk to and explains things in layperson’s terms.

Dr. Vierregger, aka “Dr V,” established Metamorphosis Medical Center in Buena Park in 2013, providing hormone therapy and related services for transgender, non-binary, and gender-creative folx. Over that time, she’s seen over 1700 patients and spent over 6500 hours in one-on-one consultation with them. Driven by the maxim to “Be the Change,” she is a passionate advocate for improving the care they receive, improving access to care, and educating the next generation of doctors to do better by all patients, most especially those of the Trans experience.
