I’m a dedicated and passionate massage therapist, and thrilled to bring my expertise to our beautiful community of Buena Vista, CO. With a strong focus on spiritual and therapeutic integrative healing, I have been providing a unique style of massage since 2011. My journey into the world of massage therapy has been fueled by my own personal experiences. At the age of 17 as a Certified Nursing Assistant, I injured my back while working at a nursing home with patients who had dementia. Despite the challenges this incident presented, it ultimately deepened my understanding of anatomy and the incredible capacity for self-healing. Driven by my thirst for knowledge and a desire to offer comprehensive and transformative treatments, I have traveled the globe to search for healing answers. I lived in Costa Rica to attend a school of massage based here in Denver CO, India for months for yoga training, and Bali, immersing myself in different cultures to learn a wide range of holistic modalities for therapeutic massages. With an extensive skill set, I focus on various techniques, including medical massages, reflexology, pre natal, cranial sacral work, Qigong breath work, sport stretching and Thai massage. These modalities allow me to target specific areas of concern and facilitate deep healing on physical, emotional, and energetic levels. My expertise extends beyond massages, as I am also a certified yoga instructor. This additional knowledge allows me to guide clients towards achieving greater alignment and balance in their overall well-being.
