Core Yoga + Mat Pilates is a dynamic fusion class focused on strengthening the deep core and improving functional movement. Combining yoga flow with Pilates-based stability work, this class targets the abdominals, spinal support muscles, glutes, and pelvic floor. Through controlled, breath-focused sequences, you’ll build strength, stability, and mobility to support an active lifestyle—whether that’s hiking, biking, paddleboarding, or simply moving through your day with more ease and power.
Jessi Huff is a massage therapist, yoga instructor, and movement guide who blends strength, breath, and body awareness into every class. With training in yoga and classical mat Pilates, she brings an anatomy-based approach that helps students build deep core strength and move with more confidence. Living in a mountain river town, she’s inspired by an active lifestyle and designs classes that support hiking, biking, paddleboarding, and everyday movement—while keeping things fun, approachable, and empowering.
