17 Years of jalaBlu 🩵

For 17 years, JalaBlu Collective Healing has been a sacred space of yoga and ritual, of ceremony and sound, of live music and somatic movement, of tears and laughter, of devotion and deep exhale.

So many teachers have poured their wisdom into the space regardless of square footage.

So many beautiful souls have walked through the doors seeking healing, connection, and truth.

This space has never been about doing it alone. It has always been about weaving together a community cultivating a field of steadiness, equanimity, and love. To celebrate 17 years of this living, breathing community…

Shift beyond relaxation and into the realm of healing. This potent space contains the possibility to unwind trauma and break familiar cycles so you can uncover the authenticity of your own spirit.

Guided Yoga Nidra, accompanied by the vibrations of sacred instruments will gently walk you into the deeper layers of your subconscious where you will journey with your ancestors to access healing that will bridge many generations.

Class begins with a seated pranayama practice then shifting into savasana, you rest for the remaining journey.

This is a four week journey in February. Please register by Wednesday.

Lindsey’s yoga roots are deeply embedded in the Iyengar tradition. A dedication practitioner beginning her journey in 2003 under the instruction of Brenda Flemming. In 2008 she began teaching alignment-based classes in Gunnison and Crested Butte then moved to Salida in 2019. She’s a mother and an avid mountain adventurista by passion and an herbalists by profession .
