The next asana in our kriya is Balancing Stick Pose — Tuladandasana.

This powerful, full-body balancing posture builds strength, stamina, and mental focus. By extending the body into one long line, we strengthen the standing leg, engage the core, and activate the entire posterior chain while improving balance and coordination. Mentally, this pose trains determination and presence — asking us to stay steady, even when the body is working hard.

Why we practice: Tuladandasana teaches us how to apply effort with precision. It reminds us that balance isn’t passive — it’s active, intentional, and built through consistency.
