Please join us in celebrating Doryce McCarthy, OMNI President, on her 40th year of dedicated service to OMNI!

Throughout her incredible journey, Doryce has worn many hats (Counselor, Director of Ela Township Counseling, Substance Abuse Treatment Director, Director of Quality Assurance, COO of Child Welfare and Quality Assurance) before stepping into her current role as President. No matter the position, her commitment has always been the same: strengthening the health of our community, making a difference however possible, and creating a supportive, welcoming environment for the OMNI team.

Doryce leads with both vision and heart. From late nights strategizing to the everyday ways she encourages and uplifts those around her, she always ensures that OMNI is a place where staff feel valued and where community members know they will find help and hope. Her passion for community health and her dedication to nurturing a happy, resilient team have been the cornerstone of OMNI’s success.

Thank you, Doryce, for your unwavering guidance, your compassion, and the countless ways you’ve inspired all of us.
