A new year, a new journey, and new offerings. 💐

When I started Bru I felt so free and uninhibited. The world was changing rapidly, there was so much loss, what ELSE could go wrong?! I felt the calling to go to the plants and I listened.

Now I’m in a new season of listening. A quiet calling that has slowly grown to a thunderous roar. New life is blossoming from seed. I will be spending the next few weeks/months tending to my home space and the practice of self healing. Please be patient with messages and ordering ❤️🙏🏾

Hey Friends,

It’s been awhile since I showed my face on this app… to say this is a season of new beginnings is an understatement! 💗

Just wanted to shared my gratitude for continuing to keep Bru Apothecary in your hearts and in your pantry. My goal has always been to help my community and reconnect with our plant ancestors. 🪴 I never imagined the possibilities of building something from scratch and nurturing its growth. And I certainly didn’t imagine all the ways it would fulfill me.

Sometimes our fears arise because our confidence hasn’t caught up to our competence. Don’t let that paralyze you. All faith needs is a little bit of space to show you its power and glory 🙏🏾
