Good Friday:

Know that there is no end. Only the human experience comes to an end. Your eternal being will always live on and we will always be together joined by the spirit of our hearts. Today is a day to celebrate and not be remorseful. Today is a day to see the interconnectedness of all humans - joined in spirit. Today look each other in the eye and say “I too have sinned. I too have not been aligned with love. I forgive you as you forgive me. Brother, join my hand as we walk through life and learn what it means to love ourselves and believe in the unity of humankind”.

We are all flawed in human form and perfect in our divine selves. Celebrate this ! Join together today to shine your light and be one with the world and all that is and ever was…… One with Christ Jesus. Forgiveness is your gift to Him.

Forgiveness Workshop
Buffalo Community Center
June 11, 2026 – 10:00am-1:00pm
Cost: $75
Enjoy a morning filled with activities to inspire, relax, spiritually enrich, and connect to self. Learn how to release the physical effects of emotions and address how non-forgiveness can impact many areas of life. This mini-retreat will include an hour of gentle yoga, a nervous system reset, a variety of meditations and prayers to enhance the practice of forgiveness for self and others, community building, and forgiveness-related projects.

Celebrate this beautiful and transitional time of year with 108 Sun Salutations, Honoring the Practice of Gratitude, the longest day and shortest night of the year, celebrating the light and power of the sun. Sun Salutations are a flowing sequence of yoga poses synchronized with breath, designed to warm the body, build strength, improve flexibility, and connect mind and spirit. The practice involves moving through poses like Mountain Pose, Forward Fold, Plank, Upward-Facing Dog and Downward Facing Dog, offering numerous physical and mental health benefits.

Begins: June 10, 2026 – 5:30pm-6:30pm – 4 weekly classes
Cost: $70
This 4-week series will introduce basic flowing yoga poses and concepts. Classes will allow students to experiment with their physical and energetic needs and preferences and are interactive to allow for questions and personalized attention.

KidKare is the BHM schools preschool and school age child care program available at Hanover, Montrose, Northwinds, Parkside and Tatanka schools.
