💠 Divine Breath, Divine Birthday 💠
There’s nothing that makes my heart sing quite like this:
Someone choosing to honor their birthday — not with distraction or routine — but with healing.
With presence. With breath.
Today, Ericka walked into Magic Mushrooms in the Crystal Garden on her birthday.
Not to consume.
Not to escape.
But to surrender.
To trust.
To breathe.
She had never done breathwork before.
She came with an open heart, a deep yes, and the willingness to let the Divine Serpent move through her body and being.
And she experienced what I call a real-time miracle:
A profound shift, in a single session, just through the breath.
This is not ordinary breathwork.
This is a channeled modality that came through at Mount Shasta — a portal activation I received during a retreat that changed my life.
Since then, I’ve guided dozens through this form, but each time it meets the participant exactly where they are.
Ericka is a massage therapist who gives gifts on her birthday — and this year, one of them was a gift card to this space.
