There is so much uncertainty in the world right now, so many changes happening around us. But one thing we can do is get back in tune with our bodies, our babies, and the natural ways we nourish them.

✨ My Philosophy on Birth & Breastfeeding ✨

My philosophy is simple: every birthing person—no matter their race, religion, gender, background, or identity—deserves a safe, respectful, and dignified birth. Birth should never be traumatic. It should be empowering. My goal is for every mom or birthing person to walk out of that hospital with their baby safely and with their voice fully honored.💪🏾

✨ I believe in:

🔴Empowering families to advocate for themselves

🔴Teaching the educational pieces needed to breastfeed with confidence and courage

🔴Supporting families to breastfeed for two years or more, if that’s their goal

🔴Providing care rooted in dignity, safety, and cultural respect

I’ve been in the birth field for over five years, and I absolutely love educating, encouraging, and supporting my community. Whether you are Black, White, Spanish, Asian, mixed, or anywhere in between—you are welcome here.
