Say Yes Buffalo’s Workforce Development Solutions is excited to partner with Sealing Devices to provide entry-level advanced manufacturing opportunities for young professionals ages 18 - 24 living in the cities of Buffalo and Niagara Falls. Sealing Devices, a family-owned manufacturer and distributor of seals and gaskets located in Lancaster, NY, is looking to fill the following positions: Production Worker, Rubber Molding Technician, and Shipping/ Receiving Clerk.

Benefits include paid vacation and holidays, medical/ dental coverage, 401k, career advancement opportunities and more! Candidates must have their own vehicle. Transportation stipends provided.

💛 Community Table Initiative – Powered by Trinity Episcopal Church 💛

We want to give a heartfelt THANK YOU to the incredible congregation at Trinity Episcopal Church for stepping up in a powerful way for our community.

Through this initiative, over 40+ complete meal kits have been prepared and ready for distribution —each one thoughtfully packed with all the ingredients needed to create a full meal at home. This month’s offerings include:

🍝 Spaghetti Dinner Kits
🍗 Chicken & Rice with Vegetables Kits

Each bag also includes easy-to-follow instructions, making it accessible for anyone—no matter their experience in the kitchen.

This effort began during the SNAP shutdown, when families needed support the most—and thanks to Trinity’s continued compassion, it hasn’t stopped.

Now, alongside our regular pantry supported by FeedMore WNY, individuals and families can receive ready-to-make meals, bringing not just food—but dignity, comfort, and stability—to the table.

Another amazing day serving our community 🙌

From 900 pounds of food distributed at 9AM, families gathering, kids smiling, and resources being shared—this is what it’s all about. Events like this remind us why we do the work: bringing people together, meeting real needs, and building stronger, healthier communities. We are so humbled and proud to have been asked to be a part of this event.

A HUGE thank you to Buffalo Common Councilwoman Taisha St. Jean T**d for her continued support and commitment to uplifting our neighborhoods—one community member at a time. Your partnership and presence truly make a difference.
