This event is vital in connecting older adults with the services, resources, and programs that support healthy, active, and independent living. They also give organizations like yours a valuable opportunity to engage directly with the community, increase visibility, and build meaningful relationships with attendees and their families.

We’re hosting the Maple Grove Senior Expo again this spring, and I’d love to invite you to consider participating as an exhibitor.

This free, community-focused event connects older adults (55+), caregivers, and families with trusted local resources, services, and businesses right here in Maple Grove. This will be our third year hosting the expo, and each year attendance and engagement continues to grow.

What I’m especially excited about this year is the early and expanded community promotion we have in place:

The expo will be featured in the 55 Forward Senior Parks & Recreation Activity Guide, a trusted resource seniors actively use to plan programs and activities

We’re also included in the Maple Grove City Focus Community Newsletter, which is mailed to every home, apartment, and business in Maple Grove — over 34,000 households

That means residents will be seeing the event (and participating exhibitors) well before April, helping drive strong awareness and attendance. Combined with our partnerships with the Maple Grove Senior Center and other local outreach efforts, we’re confident this year’s event will be our strongest yet.

Exhibitor tables are $350, and space is limited. We also have a small number of optional co-marketing opportunities available for exhibitors who want additional exposure in these publications, but participation as an exhibitor is always welcome on its own.

Happy Monday! We are excited to share that registration is now open for the 2nd Annual Maplewood Senior Expo, and we’d love to have you join us as an exhibitor.

This is a well-attended, community-focused event designed to connect older adults (55+), caregivers, and families with trusted local resources and services.

Date: Monday, May 4, 2026
Exhibitor Move-In: 8:00 AM
Event Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Maplewood YMCA Community Center
2100 White Bear Avenue, Maplewood, MN 55109

Exhibitor Table Cost: $350 (includes 6' or 8' table and two chairs)

We’re partnering closely with the Maplewood YMCA to be present and accessible to ForeverWell members, while also working with local advertisers and community partners to help spread the word beyond the YMCA and throughout the Maplewood community.
