Jennifer is a single mother of a 15-year-old boy and lives in Buffalo, NY. She has been a lifelong learner and athlete since she was a child, the middle of 7 kids. She grew up in a competitive active family who were predisposed to both mental illness and physical diseases. She has personally struggled with anxiety and self-worth in the past and has overcome many life-changing events from divorce, to job loss, to illness and injury, to death, as well as just managing the day to day of being a single parent, friend, sister, and working full time while trying to also take care of her own personal needs. She knows the importance of self-care and stays balanced with yoga practice, running, strength training, hiking, and the occasional beach vacation. She draws from her own journey and experience to help others grow and recognize their own strengths and sense of self- worth. Jennifer has seen firsthand the impact lifestyle choices and environment have on overall health when not actively engaged in one’s own wellbeing. She has a passion not only for physical health, but mental health and understands the body and mind are intimately connected. She believes in assessing the whole person not just one piece or aspect of health. Jennifer is a firm believer in the act of tiny habits and that the secret to success lies in your daily routine and a positive outlook. Jennifer’s experiences are what gave her the knowledge and expertise around wellbeing and has made her so passionate about how we must constantly evolve and actively choose how we live our lives. She undoubtedly understands the power of the whole wellbeing and her never quit attitude is what keeps her moving forward and drives her to continue learning and motivating others. Jennifer’s goal both personally and professionally is to educate and inspire others to make active healthy decisions daily so they can find happiness, improve quality of life, increase longevity, and reduce disease. Jennifer focuses on promoting behavior changes that are rooted in these lifestyle factors – sleep, avoiding risky substances, healthy eating, managing stress, physical activity, curiosity and learning, and relationships.

Do something today that your future self will thank you for! It’s so easy to hit snooze in the morning and skip a workout.
Stick to those daily habits. You won’t regret it.

How do you start your Saturday mornings?
I love mornings because anything is possible! I choose to start with self care - a little coffee and cozy blanket and a book that will not only help me grow but remind me of my worth. Do something for yourself today that will impact your future in a positive way!

When you are burning the candle at both ends it’s time to pause and remember self care is important.

Grateful for my friend who reminds me of that and holds me accountable by supporting my health and wellness goals.

The year is almost over, ALMOST… how are you going to show up? Are you going to push yourself to finish strong, pull in one more opportunity, connect with one more person, lift just a little bit more, check one more thing off the list? Finally hire a coach.

More importantly, how do you show up for yourself when no one is watching. My favorite time in the gym is when no one is around because that’s when I push myself the hardest.

Make these last days the best of 2023 and walk into 2024 in beast mode!
Always here to push you towards your dreams, just message me.

My challenge to you - be the light and remember your why.

I had a discussion with someone recently who had forgotten their WHY and I could see the light was dimming. That’s when we need to lend our light and help others. A candle doesn’t go out when it lights another candle. If you need help remembering your WHY or discovering a new WHY message me.

These morning walks lit by the moon energize me.

You are capable of great things if you just try. We all get stuck in routines and often times are afraid to step outside our comfort zone

It’s time to find out what you are made of, what are capable of, and make those dreams come true. When you feel better, you do better!

Message me, don’t wait to find out what you’re capable of, realize it this year!
