UPDATE — PLEASE READ 📣
If I look like I’m about one phone call away from pulling every last hair out, it’s because I am. 😅
I have spent two solid weeks on the phone with my pharmacy trying to get our GLP-1 medications in — multiple calls, multiple follow-ups, multiple “we’re processing it now,” and still no delivery in my hands.
I’m actively working on new pharmacy options that can keep the same pricing without compromising quality — but that switch takes time to set up correctly so nobody gets burned.
👉 If you have an appointment with me today or tomorrow, there’s a VERY good chance we’ll need to move it to later this week or next week — specifically once I physically have meds in my hands.
I will reach out to each of you individually, but I wanted to get this out ASAP so you’re not blindsided.
Please hear me when I say:
I am JUST as frustrated as you are.
This is not how I want to practice, it’s not the standard I set for myself, and it’s definitely not how I like to take care of my people. I want meds ready, lines smooth, and you feeling supported — not stuck waiting.
