Hey friends 🤍
I’ve been a little quiet on here, and I wanted to pop in and say hi.

Even when you don’t see me posting, I’ve still been here — in the clinic, seeing patients, doing what I love. Life behind the scenes has just been a little heavier lately. My grandma has been in and out of the hospital since just before Thanksgiving, with only a few short stretches at home, and that’s taken a lot of my heart and time. On top of that, I’ve been traveling back and forth to St. Louis again for my own care, so my energy has been going a lot of directions at once.

But here’s the thing — I’m still standing, still working, still so passionate about this space and the people in it. And I’m ready to pour back into you in a BIG way. ✨
