We’ve been invited to speak at the 2026 Young Kings Empowerment Conference! An event where young men come together to learn, grow, and conquer their goals.

Join us Saturday March 28th for our 30-Workshop “Sit With It’ : a mindfulness-based experience blending chair yoga, breathwork, and self reflection. Learning to empower others means empowering ourselves and to do that we need to sit with us. Let’s learn how together!

We can’t believe it’s already been 3 years of helping Buffalo stay mobile! To celebrate, we’re hosting a FREE Stretch & Restore Class on Saturday, October 18th at 9am right here at Stretchd Out Buffalo 💚
