This is the product that has helped me the most over the years and nobody is talking about it.
If you’ve been recovering from back pain you might be considering adding some equipment to your home gym to start regaining strength and mobility.

The suspension trainer is a wonderful piece of equipment that isn’t too costly and doesn’t take up a lot of space.
What it does do is allow you to move functionally in 3 dimensions with almost no extra load to your spine than when you are standing or walking.
The suspension trainer also helps you to learn how to hip hinge and load the hips appropriately while maintaining a neutral spine with proper core activation.
You can also do upper body, lower body, and core exercises, as well as full body mobility with this single piece of equipment.
