When you are dealing with severe back pain and sciatica not much else matters.
Figuring out how to get relief from the pain becomes your primary goal.
And even just a little relief feels like a huge blessing 🙏
In these moments there are only a few things that I tend to focus on to help people out of the darkness…
Understand your pain triggers
Find your direction of preference
Control through the triangles of stability
Once you have these things down, simply rinse and repeat to consistently drop your pain levels over the next few days.
Don’t make it complicated.
Once you get to a 3/10 and your pain has come back up to the hip and lower back you are in a very good spot!
