Tip of the Week: Release Tight Glutes at Home
If your glutes feel tight, a simple figure-four stretch can help. Lie on your back, cross one ankle over the opposite knee, and gently pull the bottom leg toward your chest for 20–30 seconds. Repeat on both sides to help ease tension in your hips and lower back.
