✅ Sit tall — keep your shoulders relaxed and your ears aligned with your shoulders.
✅ Avoid slouching — imagine a string gently pulling the top of your head upward.
✅ Take breaks — stand, stretch, or walk every 30 minutes to reduce tension.
✅ Strengthen your core — strong abs support a strong back!
✅ Check your workspace — keep your screen at eye level and feet flat on the floor.
