Here's the thing: your birth plan doesn't need to be a rigid checklist. When we ask expecting parents about their vision for birth, it's rarely about specific bullet points. It's about how you want to feel.

Safe. Heard. Supported. Calm.

Those overarching feelings matter more than any checklist ever could. Our midwife team is here to help you create a birth experience that honors what matters most to you.

From two local physicians caring for their neighbors above a drugstore, we've grown into an independent medical group with over 60 providers who live and work here. Neighbors caring for neighbors, 75 years strong.

1995: The Buffalo and Monticello Clinics merged to form one medical group, two locations, and a stronger commitment to Wright County families.

Monticello had been building its own legacy since 1963, when William Hart, MD, and Donald Maus, MD, co-owned the original clinic on Broadway Street. In 1981, they moved to the current location on Hart Boulevard.

When the two clinics joined forces in 1995, it wasn't just about expansion. It was about strengthening both communities with care shaped by trust, understanding and knowing your story.

From separate roots to shared mission, we've been caring for neighbors in Buffalo and Monticello for decades.

April - we're celebrating 75 years of that commitment.

April 1951: Dr. Theodore Catlin and Dr. R.M. Sandeen transformed Dr. John Catlin's private hospital into the first Buffalo Clinic.

It included a laboratory, X-ray services, a library, physical therapy, and storage. It was a shift toward comprehensive outpatient care, and it marked the beginning of 75 years of growth alongside this community.

What started as one location with two providers has grown into a multi-location independent medical group serving Buffalo, Monticello, and Albertville-St. Michael with over 60 primary and specialty care providers.

But the mission hasn't changed: neighbors caring for neighbors, right here close to home.

This month, we're celebrating 75 years of that promise.

The scale says you haven't made progress.

But your jeans fit better. You're lifting heavier. You have more energy. Something doesn't add up.

That's because the scale only tells part of the story, and it's usually the least interesting part.

Our new Body Composition Testing at the Monticello clinic shows you what's really changing: muscle mass, bone density, body fat percentage.

The metrics that actually matter when you're trying to get healthier.

It's quick, non-invasive, and $100. Open to everyone in the community, not just our patients.

Call 763-682-1313 and find out what your scale's been hiding from you.

This April, Stellis Health celebrates 75 years of caring for Wright County families.

In 1951, Dr. Theodore Catlin and Dr. R.M. Sandeen transformed Dr. John Catlin's 12-room hospital above a downtown drugstore into the first Buffalo Clinic. From that beginning, we've grown into a multi-location medical group with over 60 providers.

What hasn't changed: We're still independent. Still local. Still your neighbors.

Thank you for 75 years of trust.

Need care? We're here.

Here's the thing: gratitude isn't just a nice idea, it's backed by science and easier than you think.

Tom Hawkins, MHPrac, shares why taking just a few minutes to list what you're grateful for can shift your perspective and lift your mood. It doesn't have to be profound, sometimes it's the small stuff that makes the biggest difference.

What's one thing you're grateful for today? Drop it in the comments below. 👇

Ready to feel better? Call 763-682-1313 or visit stellishealth.com to schedule with Tom or one of our mental health providers. We're here for you, neighbors.

2016: We officially became Stellis Health, uniting all our locations under one independent medical group.

The rebrand was about making it easy to see how our clinics work together to care for you. One name, one team, comprehensive care close to home.

The name comes from the Latin word for stars. Like stars, we watch over the communities of Buffalo, Monticello, and Albertville-St. Michael.

The name changed. Same clinics. Same doctors. Same trusted care you know and trust.

But the mission remained the same: comprehensive, patient-centered care delivered by neighbors who know you, your family, and your story.

From Dr. Catlin's 12-room hospital in 1914 to Stellis Health in 2026, we've grown alongside this community for three quarters of a century.

This April, we're celebrating 75 years since the Buffalo Clinic opened its doors in 1951.

Thank you for being part of our story.

Seventy-five years isn't just about buildings, expansions, or milestones.

It's about generations of families who have trusted us with their care.

It's about the baby we delivered who brought their own children to us decades later.

It's about the patient who sees the same provider their parents saw.

It's about clinicians who chose to practice here because this is home.

From 1951 to 2026, Stellis Health has grown alongside the communities we serve. We remain proudly independent, with local leadership and local decision-making focused entirely on you.

Through every change, one thing has remained constant: neighbors caring for neighbors.

Thank you for 75 years of trust. We're honored to be part of your story.

There's a safe in our boardroom that's been here longer than most of us.

It belonged to Dr. John Catlin, who opened Buffalo's first hospital above a downtown drugstore in 1914. Every time we pass it, we're reminded of where we started and why we're still here.

This April marks 75 years since Dr. Theodore Catlin (John's son) and Dr. R.M. Sandeen transformed Dr. Catlin's private hospital into the first Buffalo Clinic in 1951. What started as 12 rooms and six beds has grown into a multi-location medical group with over 60 providers.

But some things haven't changed. We're still independent. Still local. Still your neighbors.

Over the next few weeks, we're sharing stories from 75 years of caring for Wright County families. From that hospital above a drugstore to where we are today, this is your story as much as ours.

Thank you for trusting us with your care for three-quarters of a century.
