Stellis Health Neighbors Caring for Neighbors With 2 Convenient Locations:
Buffalo and Monticello, MN As our community has grown, so have we. That's our promise to you.

Like a trusted friend and neighbor, we have been taking care of the Buffalo and the surrounding communities since 1951. In 1979, we moved to our present facility on Highway 25 to provide our patients with expanded services and more doctors. Because we believe community health care has no boundaries, we also opened clinics in nearby Monticello and Albertville – St. Michael to take care of the growing population in these areas and provide personalized care, not just when you need it but where you need it. Today, we are poised to continue our commitment to take care of you — by providing the most up-to-date primary and specialty health care services available. To deliver those services, we are fortunate to have some of the most outstanding and dedicated physicians, nurses and other professionals available. That's why you can always count on us to be here when you need us. Just as we have for the last 70-plus years.

January is National Blood Donor Month, and every donation has the power to save up to three lives. 🩸❤️

In our Wright County community, blood donations support our neighbors during surgeries, cancer treatments, traumatic injuries, and childbirth complications. It's one of the most direct ways to make a life-saving impact right here at home.

Here's what makes you eligible to donate:
✨ Generally healthy and feeling well
✨ At least 17 years old (16 with parental consent)
✨ Weigh at least 110 pounds
✨ Haven't donated whole blood in the last 56 days

The process takes about an hour, and the impact lasts a lifetime. Plus, you get free snacks—and the knowledge that you're literally a lifesaver.

Ready to roll up your sleeve? Find local blood drives in Buffalo and Monticello through the American Red Cross or Memorial Blood Centers.

We see you haven't visited us in 17 days... but who's counting? 👀

January gym emails hit different. They start friendly: "We miss you!" Then by week three, it's "Your membership is still active... for now." By February, they're just sending you pictures of treadmills with sad faces.

Here's the thing about New Year fitness goals: they're supposed to feel motivating, not guilt-inducing. Real wellness isn't built on shame—it's built on small, sustainable habits that actually fit into your life.

Instead of dreading those gym reminder emails, try this: pick one tiny movement habit you can do at home. Five minutes of stretching. A short walk around the block. Ten squats while your coffee brews. These small actions build the foundation for lasting wellness without the passive-aggressive notifications.

Your health journey doesn't need to start with an expensive gym membership or intense workout plan. It starts with one small choice that feels good for YOUR body and YOUR schedule.

What's one tiny movement habit you're building this January? Drop it in the comments—we'd love to cheer you on! 💙

Keep these ingredients in your back pocket for those mornings when you need something quick, nourishing, and actually tasty. Your body (and your schedule) will thank you.

POV: It's January 15th and your New Year's resolution is having a serious identity crisis. 😅

We've all been there. The gym membership that seemed like such a good idea on January 1st? Now it's just sending you passive-aggressive emails.

Here's the good news: Health isn't about perfection—it's about progress. Small, sustainable changes beat ambitious resolutions every single time.

Instead of "work out every day," try "take a 10-minute walk three times this week."
Instead of "eat perfectly healthy," try "add one vegetable to dinner tonight."
Instead of "never stress again," try "practice one deep breathing technique when things get overwhelming."

Your wellness journey doesn't need to be Instagram-perfect. It just needs to be real, sustainable, and uniquely yours.

We're here to support you with practical tips, preventive care, and zero judgment—because that's what neighbors do. 💙

This tech trick makes tracking your nutrition easier than ever.

Instead of manually calculating everything or downloading another app, just snap a photo or use video of your ingredients and ask ChatGPT to analyze them. In seconds, you get the calorie count and macros!

Small kitchen hacks like this can make healthy eating more accessible, especially when you're juggling work, family, and everything in between.

Keep this idea in your back pocket for meal prep days or when you're curious about what you're fueling your body with.

Yes, the prep is intense (stock up, trust us). But one day of inconvenience beats months of treatment down the road.

Check your MyChart or call your provider after dinner tonight to get on the schedule.
