This Valentine's Day, show your heart some real love.

February is American Heart Month, and while chocolates and flowers are sweet, the best gift you can give your heart is attention. Heart disease is the leading cause of death for both men and women, but many risk factors are preventable with the right care.

Here's how to love your heart:
💗 Schedule your annual physical and cholesterol screening
💗 Move your body for at least 30 minutes most days
💗 Choose whole foods over processed options
💗 Manage stress with breathing techniques and rest
💗 Know your numbers (blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar)

Your Stellis Health provider can help you create a heart-healthy plan tailored to your lifestyle and health history. We've been caring for Wright County families for over 70 years, and we're here to help you protect what matters most.

Ready to give your heart the care it deserves? Call 763-682-1313 or visit stellishealth.com to schedule your wellness visit.

Sometimes the weight you're carrying isn't visible to anyone else.

Stress, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion don't always show up in obvious ways. Maybe it's trouble sleeping, changes in appetite, or just feeling like you're going through the motions. These subtle signals are your mind and body asking for support.

You don't have to wait until things feel unbearable to reach out. Mental health care isn't just for crisis moments. It's for the everyday struggles, the transitions, and the times when you just need someone to help you make sense of it all.

At Stellis Health, our mental health practitioners understand what you're going through because we listen, we care, and we're here to help you find your way forward. Whether you need coping strategies, someone to talk to, or a plan to manage what you're feeling, we're here.

You deserve support. You deserve to feel like yourself again.

Call 763-682-1313 to schedule a mental health appointment, or visit stellishealth.com to learn more about our services.

Your mental health matters. You don't have to carry it alone.

It's -5° today and someone just said "not bad out there" with a straight face. This is what Minnesota does to people. 🥶

By February we're all walking around like 20° is tank top weather.

We've convinced ourselves that scraping ice off the car "builds character."

We're checking our Vitamin D levels and pretending we're fine while the sun sets at 4:47 pm.

If you need us, we'll be in our heated clinics helping with everything from cold and flu to "I haven't seen daylight in six weeks" survival strategies.

Stay warm, neighbors. Or at least stay functional.

You're probably really good at taking care of everyone else.

The kids' dentist appointments are on the calendar. Your partner's prescription got refilled. You remembered to pick up groceries, return that email, and check in on your friend who's been stressed.

But when's the last time you scheduled your own annual physical? Or actually followed through on that nagging health concern you keep brushing off?

February is American Heart Health Month, and here's your reminder: you belong on your own to-do list. Not at the bottom. Not squeezed in if there's time. Right up top, where the people you love would put you.

Taking care of yourself isn't selfish. It's sustainable. A simple screening can catch issues early. A quick check-in with your provider can give you peace of mind. Showing up for your own health means you can keep showing up for everyone else.

At Stellis Health, we make it easy to prioritize yourself. Whether it's a heart health screening, an overdue physical, or just a conversation about what's been on your mind, we're here for you.

Ready to put yourself on the list? Call 763-682-1313 or visit stellishealth.com to schedule.

January is National Blood Donor Month, and every donation has the power to save up to three lives. 🩸❤️

In our Wright County community, blood donations support our neighbors during surgeries, cancer treatments, traumatic injuries, and childbirth complications. It's one of the most direct ways to make a life-saving impact right here at home.

Here's what makes you eligible to donate:
✨ Generally healthy and feeling well
✨ At least 17 years old (16 with parental consent)
✨ Weigh at least 110 pounds
✨ Haven't donated whole blood in the last 56 days

The process takes about an hour, and the impact lasts a lifetime. Plus, you get free snacks—and the knowledge that you're literally a lifesaver.

Ready to roll up your sleeve? Find local blood drives in Buffalo and Monticello through the American Red Cross or Memorial Blood Centers.

Follow us on Facebook for blood drives we host!
