Members of our Tijuana team wore pink in solidarity and shared information with one another in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Together they emphasized the importance of regular screenings and the push for advances in the disease's prevention, diagnosis, treatment and cure.

Recently our Ireland team held a Spin-a-thon -- with stationary bikes courtesy of Just Go Fitness -- to support our Charity of the Year: the Roscommon branch of Down Syndrome Ireland. We are thrilled to share that 48 employees took part in the event, one of several fundraising initiatives we've held throughout 2025 to support this worthy nonprofit agency. Last Friday employees at our Buffalo headquarters banded together to in a show of support for October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month. One in eight women in the U.S. will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime, and we're proud to join in the battle to raise awareness and find a cure.

Last week our Ireland team welcomed a group of 22 students and teachers from our local Castlerea Community School. As part of their final year exams, they received a presentation from Harmac's Carl McEnroe and a facility tour from Rob Duffy. Here's hoping we inspired a few to consider a career in , or another -related field -- but more importantly, we hope we showed them the importance of community support in whatever careers they pursue.
