Our residents turned a typical Friday night into a party at Club HighPointe! ✨🎶

They enjoyed refreshments, a colorful light show and plenty of dancing to their favorite songs. It was a night full of music, laughter and fun! 💃🕺

They turned their indoor space into a miniature golf course, bringing laughter, friendly competition and a great way to stay active all season long.

Congratulations to Randolph Jordan, Environmental Service Aide in Environmental Services at HighPointe on Michigan, on being named Kaleida Health Employee of the Month! 👏

Randolph leads with CARE in everything he does, going above and beyond to keep our facility clean, safe and welcoming for patients, families and staff. His friendly attitude, warm greetings and genuine smile make everyone feel valued.

He sets a strong example within the EVS department through accountability, respect and teamwork, and consistently earns praise from both colleagues and leadership. Randolph takes great pride in his work, approaching every task with integrity and attention to detail — whether it’s daily cleaning or special projects that leave a lasting impression.
