1. Layer Up & Dress for the Weather: Cold muscles are tight muscles. Stay warm and dry to prevent strains or pulls.

2. Strengthen Stabilizing Muscles: Focus on core, glutes, and hips to reduce stress on knees, ankles, and the lower back.

3. Stay Hydrated: Cooler weather can trick you into drinking less — but hydration is still crucial for joint and muscle function.

4. Prioritize Recovery: Rest days and quality sleep are just as important as your workouts. Recovery prevents overuse injuries.

Speaking of coffee, does coffee help or hurt migraines? The answer might surprise you!

A new study found that regular coffee drinkers may have a lower risk of developing migraines. Certain compounds in coffee may help protect against migraine attacks.

But here’s the catch. If you suddenly stop drinking coffee or have too much, it can temporarily trigger headaches for some people. That’s why the coffee–migraine connection has been so confusing.
