Welcome to Amherst Eye Care! We provide each patient with quality vision solutions and exceptional customer service. Our commitment is not just in meeting your expectations, but in exceeding them! We look forward to serving you. We currently have appointments available with Dr. Burstein on Tuesdays 1:30pm-7pm and Thursdays 9am-5pm. Dr. Segerson is currently only available in our Kenmore office. Maintaining healthy eyes requires regular vision and eye exams. Private practice for 35 years. Retired from the New York Air National Guard after 22 years of service running the eye clinic at the rank of Lt Colonel. ~Dr. Sandra Segerson: Graduated from SUNY at Geneseo and the Michigan College of Optometry. Joined our practice in 2010. Types of payment accepted: cash, personal checks, MasterCard®, Visa®, and Discover®. Most insurance plans accepted, including: VSP, Medicare, Independent Health, Eye-Med, Univera, Community Blue, and Blue Cross & Blue Shield. We carry over 1000 frames from a wide array of designers, including some exclusive to the area: Marc Jacobs, Ray Ban (Amherst location only), Dior, Boz, J F Rey from France, Dolce & Gabbana, D&G, Versace, OGA, Prada, KLiiK, OGI, Michael Kors, Lacoste, Gucci, Tommy Hilfiger, Seraphin, FYSH, frames with clip-on sunglasses, Lightec, Jaguar, and Nike. We use lenses and coatings of the highest quality. Our staff speaks English and Russian.
