GIVING TUESDAY! Please share!
Hugs in Mugs. Say Love.
There are so many these days who need help, who need hope, who need to remember they are not alone. As a parent caring for a child with chronic illness, I can tell you that is stressful enough with its ups and downs, and now add additional stress from a pandemic. It can be a lot. Hospital/clinic appointments in these days can certainly add a different level of worry for caregivers.
This season, please consider making an online donation to Coffee From Cole to share a hug in a mug. A simple $5 coffee card isn't just about coffee, but hope. A caregiver knows someone is thinking of them and wishing them well with a hug in a mug. Trust me, knowing you are not alone, yet loved and encouraged to catch your breath for a moment, when you are at the hospital with your child, means the world.
To give, please use this link, https://www.ochbuffalo.org/stones-buddies/coffee-cole

The smallest of actions truly can create ripples beyond what you may ever know. Don't worry about the numbers, just worry about the love, one hug in a mug at a time.
Thank you for considering supporting the caregivers this season. Those who are watching and helping their warriors stay strong need to know they are seen and cared for, that they too are not alone and they are strong - that they can catch their breath, take a moment to get composed and get back to being there for their child.
Much love to all of you!
Give Tim Hortons gift cards for our patients when they are in the hospital. Cole is another long-term patient who knows how much a warm cup of cocoa and a muffin means to a child who spends long days at the hospital for treatment. Parents appreciate the coffee as well!
