Just a mid week reminder that your health & happiness is crucial when trying to navigate life’s ups and downs.

Make things easier on yourself by preparing in advance the things you can control.

For me, that means having meals ready each day, so I’m less likely to grab something unhealthy, knowing which workouts I’ll be doing all week (that’s easy with my Body Beast calendar), and staying positive, knowing everything will eventually work out (including me 😄)

Some of the things I still struggle with are getting enough sleep, which is so important for your body and mind, and having enough gas in my car, just in case.

Surrounding yourself with people who lift you up, instead of tearing you down is also critical. Sometimes you need a little help to get through hard times, and it feels great to help others when they need it.
