My passion is helping people to get out of pain so they can get back to their favorite sports and activities! I provide one hour physical therapy sessions so I can look at the way your whole body moves, find compensation patterns and help break the cycle of pain you are in! For those committed to making real lasting changes, I have an online coaching program that includes virtual or in person assessments and customized exercises sent right to an app on your phone. I pay special attention to the way you breathe and use your core muscles to help you function better from your core out to your extremities. And I also assess your feet to help you move better from the ground up. I specialize in treating foot pain because I feel the is a misunderstood part of our bodies. Rather than propping up our feet in stiff cushioned shoes with arch supports and orthotics, most people would benefit from getting their feet stronger so they can move well from the ground up and unleash their full potential!

I loved teaching this group at .dpilates how to tame foot pain by training their feet to support them well.

Didn’t take long for us to feel how ā€œfoot exercisesā€ get glutes, thighs & calves pretty tired too.

Everyone got to see how improving foot function helps our whole bodies move better from the ground up.

Never ignore a rigid hip or spine when your foot hurts --> that causes you to land weird on your feet.

If you’ve had it with pain & tension in your feet, DO THIS:

ā‡ļø Get your foot function evaluated (how do your feet move & support you when you are standing & doing important movements correlated with walking?)

ā‡ļø Whatever movements your feet stink at ->>>> learn to improve those exact moves (wedges come in handy!)

ā‡ļø Get your whole body evaluated (posture, walking pattern, movements from head to toe).

WHY?! Because sometimes your feet are killing you because your hip or some other body part is restricted & throwing everything off! If you never figure that out, you can treat your feet for years without ever really solving problem. 😩

You might be noticing some stiffness in your hips—or maybe you haven’t even realized it yet because they seem to work just fine in your daily routine.

But here’s the thing: when you explore the full range of motion in your hips, you might discover some ā€œcobwebsā€ lurking at the edges.

This Tuesday, October 21st, I’m hosting a special class at The Fountain in Williamsville/Clarence at 6 PM, focusing on knees, hips, and hamstrings. It’s just $35, and I’d love to see you there!

Why does hip mobility matter?

Your hips are a ball-and-socket joint, designed for a wide range of motion. When we don’t use that full range, other joints—like your knees, feet, or back—often compensate, leading to discomfort or pain. If you’ve been dealing with nagging back, knee, or foot issues, your hips might be the sneaky culprit.

I thought my hips were in great shape (I can squat all the way to the ground, after all!). But when I dug a little deeper, I found my right hip needed some extra attention.

By focusing on it, I’ve noticed I’m moving better when I walk, with less stiffness & no more random twinges in my right knee.

The same can apply to your shoulders—another ball-and-socket joint where stiffness can lead to pain in your elbows, wrists, or neck.

My passion is to teach you more about your body so that you can rid yourself of pain and injury, and enjoy life more!

I provide thorough evaluation of your posture, movement patterns, breath patterns, muscle strength, flexibility and balance.

I look for compensation patterns using NKT (Neurokinetic Therapy Ā®). I am the only physical therapist in the Buffalo NY area that is certified in NKT Level 2. Most of us have many dysfunctional movement patterns, my goal is to zone in on the most important ones in your body, to help you get out of pain faster.
