Join us for an evening of calm, connection, and deep renewal on Saturday, December 13th.

In the busyness of daily life, stress and tension can accumulate within us. Deep relaxation is an opportunity for your body to rest, heal, and restore itself. We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle, mindful movement to release tension and prepare the body for rest. Then, you’ll be guided through a soothing deep relaxation meditation infused with live song.

Through this practice, you'll be invited to gently release stress, welcome ease into your body, and send gratitude and care to every cell. This class offers a peaceful space to reset your nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness.

Ayurveda sees the world through the poetry of opposites — finding harmony between rest and activity, heat and coolness, grounding and lightness.

As we move toward winter’s celebrations, let’s nurture balance from the inside out. Together, we’ll explore how to strengthen the digestive fire (Agni) so we can savor food, connection, and joy with clarity and ease.

We’ll discuss:
- Nourishing foods, herbs & spices
- Breath practices (Pranayama)
- Postures to support balance and vitality

This 60-minute pay-what-you-can Slow Flow is a space created by and for q***r folks to move, breathe, and rest in community. We’ll begin with a voluntary check-in, where you’re welcome to share your name, pronouns, and respond to a gentle icebreaker—or simply listen and arrive as you are.

Our practice begins with mindful pranayama (breathwork) to settle the nervous system and connect inward. From there, we’ll move through a slow, accessible flow designed to support every body and every experience, using props and modifications to honor your unique needs.

Expect gentle pacing, grounding breath cues, and spacious guidance that invite you to reconnect with yourself through curiosity and care. No need to perform—just come as you are. All q***r identities and all levels welcome.

Class will be at noon on the third Saturdays of the month starting this Saturday, November 15th at our 500 Seneca location.

All are welcome to this gentle, grounding yoga series. Our next session will take place on November 1st. Drop-ins are welcome. This 90-minute community experience is only $25!

Together, we’ll move through Moon Salutations and Hatha Yoga postures, explore breathwork practices, and begin each class with a sharing circle to set heartfelt intentions.

This series is an invitation to honor the cycles of nature and the body, and to create ritual space in a modern way—through movement, breath, and community. Come connect with your body, slow your mind, and practice presence in a ceremonial space. Gather with others to celebrate life, deepen gratitude, and participate in meaningful, intentional practices that nourish the spirit.
