Join us for an evening of calm, connection, and deep renewal. In the busyness of daily life, stress and tension can accumulate within us. Deep relaxation is an opportunity for your body to rest, heal, and restore itself. We’ll begin with a few minutes of gentle, mindful movement to release tension and prepare the body for rest. Then, you’ll be guided through a soothing deep relaxation meditation infused with live song. Through this practice, you'll be invited to gently release stress, welcome ease into your body, and send gratitude and care to every cell. This class offers a peaceful space to reset your nervous system, quiet the mind, and reconnect with your inner stillness. When we allow ourselves to truly rest, healing becomes possible.

Looking for something fun to do this Friday, February 13th? Join Ti Markle at 6 pm for Couple's Yogassage! This extra special session blending Restorative and Gentle Yoga with Self-Massage Techniques. This session includes an informational handout, aromatic oils & a bottle of wine to take home with you!
Join Cheryl and Julie for an inclusive, instructional, and energizing workshop on the basics of Power Yoga Vinyasa Flow at 1 pm on Saturday, March 7, 2026 at our location.
Learn to move confidently with sthira (strength) and sukha (ease)! Power Yoga Vinyasa Flow is a framework designed for all abilities. It encourages practitioners to build heat, find stability, and bring equanimity to their bodies and minds.
Sometimes, a Power Flow may feel intimidating. So, we’ve designed this workshop for all experience levels. This two-hour class will include a complete Power Flow with enough time to demystify elements of the practice. Participants are encouraged to bring their questions about how to safely enter postures, use props, and adapt the practice to their bodies.
A Power Yoga Sequence blueprint will be provided for your home practice. Props will be available during the workshop, and Cheryl and Julie will explain how to utilize common home items for modifications in your personal practice. Let’s have fun learning and flowing in community!

Celebrate World Sound Healing Day with us at 6 pm on Saturday, February 14th at location.
Singing Bowls resonate the bones, blood and tissues. Tibetan Singing Bowls will be placed on or near willing participants bodies to receive a truly immersive experience. Crystal bowls will ring with brightness and clarity of tone. Gentle movement will set you up for maximum benefit.
Reset your nervous system, clear your mind and create a memorable experience that will stay with you. Yoga mats, blankets, pillows, and bolsters will be provided for comfort.
All are welcome to this gentle, grounding yoga series. Together, we’ll move through Moon Salutations and Hatha Yoga postures, explore breathwork practices, and begin each class with a sharing circle to set heartfelt intentions.
Each session, we’ll also tune into the current cosmic and seasonal energies, learning how celestial influences shape the rhythms of our inner and outer worlds. This series is an invitation to honor the cycles of nature and the body, and to create ritual space in a modern way—through movement, breath, song, dance, altar-building, and community.
Come connect with your body, slow your mind, and practice presence in a ceremonial space. Gather with others to celebrate life, deepen gratitude, and participate in meaningful, intentional practices that nourish the spirit.
