Tick tock!!! 2026 is almost here! As a reminder our office will be closing at 3:00pm today and will be closed tomorrow so we can all safely get to and from our holiday celebrations. We hope everyone has a wonderful NYE and we pray for so many more blessings to come in the New Year! Please be sure to utilize your patient portal or our department specific voicemail boxes for any non urgent matters once our office closes and for any clinically urgent items please have the provider on call paged by following the prompts at our office number 716-639-4034. For any medical emergencies please call 911.

Good morning everyone! Our office has power back and will be open today. If you were supposed to have an appointment yesterday during the outage please give us a call anytime after 8:00am and we'll be happy to find a new date and time that works for you. Please be patient with our staff as unfortunately the timing of the storm landed right while our ladies were trying to address all of the portal messages and voicemails that came in from being closed for the Christmas holiday and they now also need to catch up from the office losing power yesterday morning. We promise to get to everyone as quickly as possible.

If anything unexpectedly changes with the weather we will be sure to post an update, but for now, it's business as usual! Everyone please be safe and stay warm. Thank you. ❄️

Well, Mother Nature decided that for all of her hard work building and shaping not only a medical practice, but endless staff and colleagues, patients and so much more, that Dr. Ellen Sterman deserved a shortened last day today by our power going out, forcing us to close early. For her patients who didn't get the chance to see her today, you can fully trust that she shed enough tears through smiles for everyone. As one of our founders, it's truly hard to process that she is offically retired. We are so happy for Dr. Sterman and wish her so many beautiful days ahead with her wonderful family and friends. She truly has one of the biggest hearts and we know so many of you would agree that she is one of the best doctors and surgeons anyone could ask for!

Happy Christmas Eve!!! As a reminder our office is open a shortened day today. Our phones will be routing to our answering service at 12:30pm and we will be wrapping up with our in office patients by 1:00pm so our staff can get home to wrap up any last minute gifts and get to their holiday celebrations! We appreciate your understanding in our choice this year to be open a shorter day today and closed tomorrow and Friday. Our amazing staff really deserves the uninterrupted time with their families after such a busy but amazing year. Please feel free to use your patient portal or our dedicated department voicemail boxes for any non urgent matters after we have closed for the day, they will be addressed as soon as possible when we return to the office on Monday 12/29. 12/31: Closing at 3pm, phones off at 3pm
1/1: Closed, Happy New Year!
1/2: Full Friday Day (3pm close)

Again please plan accordingly as our on call providers are dedicated to handling clinically urgent matters, routine items will be addressed when we are back in the office.

We had no doubt in our minds that we would be making this exciting post one day, as from the moment we met her we knew how smart and amazing she was, but that doesn't change how excited and proud we are to say that......

Dr. Gianfagna is offically fully board certified! After taking her oral boards exam in October she finally got her results that she passed! So, we found another excuse to celebrate with cake!!! Our wonderful Tricia Gianfagna MD, now adorably nicknamed ObsteTricia, is one of the greatest blessings to come our way! She immediately became a part of our family and we could go on and on for days bragging about her, but instead, we'll stop here and let everyone enjoy this picture of her cute and brilliant self with these giant yummy cakes!

Tis' the Season for Gatherings and Giving!!!! This past weekend our lovely Nurse Practitioner Kristen Anastasi hosted an open house to gather donations for the charity Totes Of Love after finding out from them that they were in need of items. Totes Of Love, a charity associated with the Family Justice Center, provides totes for women and children leaving domestic violence situations.
This year our office matched the amount of money in our dress down fund and made the incredibly easy decision to use the money to purchase items requested by Totes Of Love. If anyone would like information of how to make a donation please feel free to send us a message!

Audubon Women’s has 9 Board Certified Physicians, 5 Women’s Health Certified Nurse Practitioners, as well as 2 Licensed Mental Health Counselors & A Certified Health & Nutrition Coach, who is also the only Dr. Sears L.E.A.N. Expectations health coach in WNY. This specialized certification is for working with pregnant women. Every provider and staff member at Audubon is female. Audubon Women’s is the oldest and largest private OB/GYN Practice in the North Towns.
