This tunnel has seen so much…heroes, heartbreak, hope, and history.
I was lucky enough to walk through it twice this year, and tonight it feels extra special as the Buffalo Bills played their final game at Highmark Stadium as we know it.

Grateful for the memories. Ready for the next chapter.

I’m taking this as a sign straight from heaven. ✨

When I opened my car door today, this sticker was just there on the floor. It might not seem like much, but it’s the very same “I Voted” sticker Lou wore when the three of us went to vote together back in 2020.

Here’s the thing ~ I just deep-cleaned my car yesterday. Top to bottom. That sticker was nowhere to be found. So where did it come from?

The moment I saw it, I felt this incredible wave of peace and love wash over me.

And as if that wasn’t enough… I came home and was serenaded in my backyard by a visitor looking straight at me.

So blessed. So grateful. I know you’re with me sweetheart. ❤️

These bright, bold, beautiful humans? They’re not just coworkers. They’re family. My CH7 family.

Yes, I may no longer be clocking in at the station every day but let me be clear: there is nothing that can erase the laughter, the deadlines, the caffeine-fueled brainstorms, or the soul-deep camaraderie we built in those studios and hallways.

I’m endlessly proud to have stood shoulder to shoulder with this crew—each one a powerhouse of talent, heart, and hustle. Our paths may be diverging, but the bond. That stays.

To my CH7 ride-or-dies: Thank you for being my people. 💪💙

27 years ago, I stepped into this station—newly married, a first-time homeowner, and completely unaware of the incredible journey ahead. What a ride it has been!

I’ve had the honor of working behind the scenes and sometimes in front of the camera, helping bring stories to life, connecting people, and shining a light on the heart of this community. Along the way, I’ve worked with some of the most passionate, talented, and driven individuals—colleagues who have become family. Together, we’ve built something bigger than broadcasts. We’ve built connections, inspired change, and made a difference.

But the real magic? *You.*

Western New York, you are the heartbeat of this place. You’ve welcomed me into your businesses, organizations, and homes. You’ve shared your stories, your struggles, your triumphs. Time and time again, I’ve seen the incredible power of this community—people lifting each other up, stepping in to help, and proving that Buffalo’s strength is its people.

Newsrooms evolve, and so do we. Now, it’s my turn to step into a new chapter.

What’s next? The story isn’t over. My passion for connecting, creating, and uplifting this community is only growing. There’s more work to do, more people to bring together, and more stories to tell.
