Long Term Care
For individuals whose health and physical needs can no longer be met at home, Lake Ridge Care Center offers excellent 24-hour skilled nursing care. Our innovative programs and services focus on the holistic health of our residents and are always administered by highly qualified staff in a compassionate, resident-centered manner. Short Term Rehabilitation
The newest addition to Lake Ridge is the Short Term Rehabilitation Program. Residents can receive the latest in rehabilitation care while enjoying their own room and a flat screen television. Lake Ridge provides outstanding care and makes a sincere commitment to help each individual return to their home as quickly as possible. Restorative / Rehab Nursing Care
Lake Ridge’s therapy and nursing staff members work closely together to develop individualized rehabilitation plans for both our long-term and short-term residents. Through this program, residents are encouraged to rehabilitate quickly and regain their strength in order to reach their full potential. Therapy Services
Our specialized rehabilitation unit offers residents physical, occupational and speech rehabilitation therapies six days a week. Through these services, residents gain confidence in their physical strength, fine motor skills and speech abilities. Assisted Living Services
Also included on the Lake Ridge Campus is Lake Ridge Manor, an assisted living facility. End Of Life Care
Also included on the Lake Ridge Campus is Lakeside Oasis, an end of life care wing. Lakeside Oasis provides comfort care at the end of life, in peaceful surroundings, where friends and family can say goodbye to their loved ones. There are common areas for families with children to gather, allowing families the space they need to be with their loved ones at any time of the day – to gather, talk, pray and dine.

Exciting news in our activity department!

Our beloved Assisted Living Director has accepted a position as the Director of Adult Day Center over at Park View! We are so proud of Tammy and excited to see where she will go from here!

Our Care Center Activity Director has accepted the position of our Campus Activity Director! Kenzie is excited to continue to care for our Care Center residents, and get to know our Assisted Living residents even more!

Ringing in the New Year with some crafts, coloring and card games… but best of all, the food! We had veggies with salsa ranch and garlic aioli, pickled herring, homemade cookies from our kitchen, funnel cakes, churros, cheese & crackers, and our favorite: blood orange sorbet and punch! If you swing by Lake Ridge, you may hear quite the series of kazoos! Happy New Year everyone!!
