We’re nearly one month into 2026. There’s a good chance you’ve already seen your hairdresser or barber, or have your next appointment booked.

But have you seen your primary care provider?

Establishing a relationship with a P*P is one of the most impactful steps you can take this year—for better health outcomes and lower downstream costs.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝐜𝐨𝐩𝐚𝐲?

A copay is a set, predictable fee you pay when you get certain medical services. It’s the same amount every time, no surprises.

Most Centivo Network members get primary care absolutely free, but what about specialty care, labs or an emergency room visit?

Just take a look at the back of your Centivo ID card. You’ll find your copays listed for each service, so you’ll always know what you’ll pay before you go.

With a 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗼 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗻, your primary care doctor is always your first stop for care — the quarterback of your health. They help you understand your health, guide your next steps, coordinate with specialists, nurses, and mental health providers, and keep you on track toward long-term wellness.

Today, nearly 𝟯𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝗨.𝗦. 𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀 don’t have a relationship with a primary care doctor. With Centivo, that relationship comes built in — giving you the guidance and support you need, every step of the way.

Katie from Wisconsin recently shared this feedback with us.

This is exactly why Centivo exists. When unexpected health issues come up, unexpected expenses shouldn’t have to come with them.

What you 𝘸𝘰𝘯’𝘵 hear often is “$0 deductible.”
That is—unless you’re with ᴄᴇɴᴛɪᴠᴏ. 🧡

Most Centivo Network members have no deductibles and spend less than $100 out of pocket in healthcare each year.

We’re coming up to the end of National Colorectal Awareness Month. Colorectal cancer is impacting an increasing number of young people in America each year, but regular screenings and catching this cancer in its early stages can help improve results. According to the CDC, almost 89% of adults diagnosed with colorectal cancer at an early stage live for 5 years or more, compared to only 16% of those diagnosed with late-stage cancer.

Are you up to date on your screenings? If you’re 45 or older, or have a family history of colorectal cancer, it’s time to talk to your doctor about screening options.

Check out some of the most common colorectal cancer risk factors that you can take steps towards changing today.
