From the Momentum Choir --

We are so excited to share that we are celebrating 10 Years of Momentum Choir this Fall! Back in September 2015, our Founder and President Joni Milgram-Luterman created the Choir with a mission to provide professionally facilitated music to people of all abilities!

We will be celebrating our 10 Year Anniversary at our Fall Concert on Sunday, November 23 (NO Bills Game), at 3pm at the Chapel Cheektowaga Campus, 200 Thruway Plaza St, Cheektowaga, with a Reception to follow. Tickets can be purchased here, or at the door: https://momentumchoir.org/events/winter2024-nezkd We are also offering a discount for groups of 5 or more! CSA in partner with Go Buffalo Niagara will be presenting NFTA101 at Canisius University! As a part of our Clean Mobility Buffalo project with many other nonprofits in Buffalo and the East Side, we are increasing awareness about eco-friendly methods of transportation.

We'll teach students, faculty, and staff all about the NFTA transit system - including your transportation options, how to map your ride, payment, and more!

Center for Self Advocacy

The Center for Self Advocacy aims to empower people with disabilities and enable them to live self-directed lives.

Our services are in line with New York State Office for people with Developmental Disabilities by implementing a person-centered approach through peer support, and forstering independent living skills. Also, promote equality for people with disabilities and enable them to be productive members of effective, professional partnerships in collaboration with the individuals we serve.

Center for Self Advocacy provide services that include Self Advocacy Services, Peer Empowerment Network (PEN)/Workshops and Social Support Groups, Access-VR Services, Educational Outreach and Disability Awareness, and Systems Advocacy for people with ID/DD
