February is National Heart Health Month, and at Canterbury Woods Gates Circle, heart health is very close to us. Our Marketing Director, Lynda Marino, experienced a sudden cardiac arrest in 2015, and since then, she has been an incredible advocate for promoting heart health. Her journey inspires us all to prioritize wellness, raise awareness, and support one another in living heart-healthy lives.
