We are so glad to have Liz as a provider in our shared space at Phoenix Rising!

In 2025 a lot changed. I decided to leave toxic environments that did not value me or my body. I opened my own business and I can now work within my comfort living with T1 Diabetes. And something HUGE I learned along the way, you are your greatest advocate. I’ve heard this time and time again over the years but never truly felt that until 2025. So here’s my advice to you. Go for it! What are you waiting for? Fear of failure can be overwhelming, but you know what, not doing anything is worse. 2026 will be our best year yet and I’m so thankful to be surrounded by such lovely people.
