We’re gearing up for our big move this weekend! For all who are new to the Niagara Street location; parking couldn’t be easier. Feel free to park in either of the big lots directly to the left of the building. You’ll be near the entrances for and ! No parking passes required either. If you’re biking, there is a bike rack for you too!

To find us, simply follow the sidewalk around to the door. Pass by .plants, and head right up the stairs! We can’t wait to see you on Monday ✨

It’s true! We’re moving!

After many years helping you heal at our downtown location, we are excited to announce our next chapter. We’d like to introduce you to Buffalo Pelvic Health and Acupuncture Clinic! BPHAC will be the new home to both Queen City Health and Wellness and Equal Standing Pelvic PT.

Located at Equal Standing’s current location, 1250 Niagara Street, we are proud and excited to dive into this new chapter with you. We feel the level of comprehensive and personalized care that you receive currently will only be amplified by this change. Compassionate healthcare is and will continue to be our standard.

Working together under the same roof with Dr. Kathleen Ross and Dr. Christine Abrams will only increase our ability to support your healing. It allows us to keep providing the healthcare we’ve always dreamed of: care that is centered on the whole person, trauma-informed, educational, and empowering.

Stay tuned with us as we take off into a new journey. More details and a final date for operations at our 135 Delaware location will come soon! Until then, appointments will still be occurring as usual at 135 Delaware Ave. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to ask!

It has been a pleasure providing you with care and holding space for you all these years in Downtown Buffalo. We can’t wait to continue to grow together at Niagara Street!
