Patricia Jo Phillips, age 76, passed away on Monday, July 28, 2025. She resided in Grand Island New York. She was born in Buffalo New York on Wednesday, March 16, 1949, the daughter of the late Thomas and Margaret (nee Mahoney) McMahon. She worked for the Golden Age Center in Grand Island New York.
Beloved mother of Lori (Kyle) Ohmann, Donna (Terry) Rivers, Patricia (Michael) Lotre and Jan Marie Myers. Dearest grandmother of Joshua, Sarah, Stacey, Anthony, Courtney, Jordan, Erinne, Nicholas, Taylor, Breana and Jesslyn. Loving great grandmother of Ellison, Donald IV, Travis, Connor, Lilah, Zander and Macklin. Fond sister of Peter McMahon, Daniel (late Susanne) McMahon, Sharon Tokash, Bridget (Rich) Anderson, Michael (Denise) McMahon, Christopher (Kris) McMahon, the late Margaret Prange, the late Thomas McMahon, Jr., the late Joseph (late Fran) McMahon and the late Molly (late Roland) Powers and dear sister-in-law of Mary McMahon.
