More than a fitness studio, we’re a Buffalo-grown community built for strength, wellness, and unstoppable energy. Never waste another minute wondering what to do for your workouts. Each day we set up new workout circuits for you to complete that are sure to challenge you and get you sweating! The best part is they allow you to go at your own pace so they are perfect for any fitness level. Circuit training is one of the best forms of body conditioning that involves cycling through a number of exercises with minimal to no rest in between exercises until the cycles are completed. 💪🏼Our Sweat:30 sessions are also 30 minutes, max 7 clients to one trainer in a rotating circuit, focusing on a total body burn 🔥 your trainer is always there to guide you and help you with form
💪🏼Our newest addition, Power Blocks, is another 30 minutes session with only up to TWO clients. Here, we again focus on an upper, lower, total split. Here your coach helps you through a focused compound lift and exercises that compliment that lift for the day. This one is all about power 🔥
