Circuit training is one of the best forms of body conditioning that involves cycling through a number of exercises with minimal to no rest in between exercises until the cycles are completed. Spring is the season of fresh, vibrant fuel 🌱

Here’s what’s in season (and tasting so good right now):

🍓 March–May: Spinach, kale, broccoli, peas, artichokes, asparagus, carrots
🍋 Year-round peak in winter–spring: Lemons
🥑 Spring–summer: Avocado
🍓 April–June: Strawberries
🍒 Late spring–early summer: Cherries

More spring stars ⭐️ apricots, radishes, arugula, green onions, Swiss chard, and herbs

Eating in-season = better flavor, more nutrients, and usually lower cost.

BUT here’s something most people don’t realize 👇🏼
Frozen fruits & veggies can actually be MORE nutritious than fresh.

Why?

🍒 Produce starts losing nutrients as soon as it’s picked
🍒 Some vitamins (like vitamin C and B vitamins) can decrease within 24–72 hours
🍒 After about a week in the fridge, certain produce can lose a significant portion of its nutrients
🍒 Frozen produce is typically picked at peak ripeness and flash-frozen right away, locking in those nutrients

Don’t stress about “fresh vs frozen”..both have a place in a healthy routine 🤍 It’s all about what helps you stay consistent!

Each session delivers 14 intentional reps across a variety of exercises, thoughtfully programmed to challenge strength, control, and performance. No filler. No wasted time. Just meaningful training in a premium environment where every detail counts.
