As a business owner of an IV therapy lounge, one of the most common questions I get is:

“What do you actually do?” or “What’s your favorite?”

Hands down, one of my all time favorites and something I’ve been consistent with for the last few years — is NAD+.

The energy it gives me is what keeps me going some days. Sometimes I can even skip my morning coffee because of it. ☕✨

I typically do it 2–3 times a week, and as you can see, I inject in my stomach because it’s painless and super easy.

What I love most is that we offer NAD+ as an at-home injection kit. Being able to do my injections on my own time, in the comfort of my home, makes it so much easier to stay consistent and consistency is so important for long term benefits!!
