If you’ve noticed an unusual amount of mouth-watering food photos lately, you are not imagining things. Our Manor Lake Food Service Directors are currently in a 5-week challenge where they are competing against themselves and each other to elevate the Dining Programs across all of our Manor Lake communities.

They are testing new recipes, refining scratch cooking techniques, elevating garnishing skills, and stepping outside of their comfort zones. Some are rediscovering their inner culinary artist. Some are fiercely competitive. All of them are raising the bar.

Now here’s where you come in. Drop a comment and root for your favorite culinary contender when you see a post. Cheer them on. Throw a little friendly rivalry into the mix. Let them know you see their effort.

Because nothing motivates a chef like a little recognition… and maybe a tiny bit of competition.
