Rules for the challenge.
1. To register, SHARE this pinned original post to your page or profile and TAG us.
2. Every day, participants will post only 1 video showing themselves working out in the comment section of the daily post. Post only 1 (one) video per day!
3. Couples who are working out together must post their videos under their own FB profile each day. Everyone is counted as an individual, so post your videos separately under your name.
4. Finalists will be participants who posted 1 (one) video per day for all 21 days.
5. Participants must be in workout attire during exercise.

Note:
Finally, the Most Engaged Performer Award N20K will be given to the person who completes all 21 days, and he/she was selected by the judges.

You may not be selected as a finalist if you are not taking your exercise routine seriously. So we must give it all we have!!

The point of this challenge is to encourage everyone to live a healthy lifestyle.
