🌈✨ THANK YOU FOR 5 AMAZING YEARS OF PRIDE! ✨🌈
Dear friends, neighbors, and supporters,
At today’s Board of Directors meeting, the Board of the LGBTQ Awareness Group of Arizona (DBA Bullhead Pride) came together to have a heartfelt discussion about the future of our organization.
Those in attendance were:
💜 Nathan Cox – President
💜 Doug Landreth – Vice President
💜 Louie Fernandez – Secretary
💜 Leslie Andrews – Board Member at Large
💜 KC Mattson – Board Member at Large
After much reflection, discussion, and an official vote, the Board made the difficult decision to dissolve the organization by the end of November 2025. This decision was not made lightly, but comes after recognizing a lack of community engagement and support that has made it difficult to continue fulfilling our mission in the way we had hoped.
We also talked about how to handle the organization’s remaining assets once any outstanding debts are paid. Several ideas were discussed, and the majority voted to donate all remaining assets to the Bullhead City chapter of PFLAG, to help continue the important work they do for our local LGBTQ+ community.
Our Treasurer, Michael Cummins, joined the meeting just as we were about to adjourn, so he was unable to take part in the votes, but because we had a quorum, the majority vote stood.
Since 2020, Bullhead Pride has been honored to serve, celebrate, and advocate for the LGBTQ+ community of Bullhead City and the surrounding areas. For the past five years, we’ve been humbled by your love, support, and shared pride in who we are and who we can be together. 💖
As we move forward with closing our doors, please know that:
📞 The Pride Line is now shut down.
💻 All Facebook groups, Instagram account, website, and emails will be closed by the end of this month (November 2025).
Even though Bullhead Pride is coming to an end, the spirit of Pride in our community lives on. We encourage you to stay connected and involved with other amazing local groups, including:

🌈 PFLAG Bullhead City
🌈 Mohave Pride
