We are located inside the Palo Verde Medical Plaza at 3003 HWY 95 BLDG B, suite 39.

Our office hours are Tuesday's and Wednesday's and we open at 9am. We can be reached at 928-758-1010.

We are accepting new patients, give us a call and we can get you scheduled for an appointment.

Our office is currently experiencing technical phone issues but are hoping to have the issues fixed and our phones back up by tomorrow 9/22/21. We are still open Tuesday's and Wednesday's and will take walk-in appointments upon availability.

We are accepting NEW PATIENTS for Annual Well Woman's exams (Pap's, Clinical Breast exam, Mamo/Sono requests, lab orders, UTI and HCG tests). We accept most major insurances as well as self pay patients. We are open Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 9am. Call 928-758-1010 or message us here to schedule your appointment. (Self pay patients call for a visit estimate)
