One on one conversation with a licensed physical therapist through video conferencing to discuss your condition, provide guidance on progression, and changes to your home care, if needed.

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭?
● Consult with and discuss any changes to your condition- for better or worse and strategies to do at home while still quarantined/confined to your home.
● Review home exercises if forgotten, unsure if you're doing them correctly, or changes if they don't seem to be helping/are painful.
● Advance exercises if they are getting easy to perform
What is required for a visit?
● Call us to set up an appointment.
● Have some sort of device with microphone and video camera capabilities.
● Be prepared with any questions to ask the physical therapist.
