Two of our amazing OTs, Melissa and Crystal, were out in the community this week making a difference!
🌟 Melissa conducted OT screenings at a local Mother’s Day Out program, helping identify early areas of need to support children’s development.
🌟 Crystal spent time inspiring young minds by teaching children about the great field of occupational therapy and the importance of inclusion.
Early screening and intervention can change lives, and sharing our passion for OT with the next generation not only plants the seed for future therapists, but also helps children learn about empathy and inclusiveness. 💚

We’re excited to start introducing our GWM team to you this week! GWM has grown very fast and we have an AMAZING group of ladies that are making the clinic a great success! Each one of our employees brings passion and great skill sets that are making a huge difference in each child’s life already.

What an exciting and great new future resource for our community!!

Comal ISD recently broke ground on a new campus dedicated to serving special education students. The facility is designed to support student learning, skill-building and independence.

Feel Good Friday! We haven’t posted in a while so take a look at our double post today that highlights this week’s wins! We are so proud of this post, a sweet little one has been working SO hard and mastered her pull to stand this week. Hard work is paying off and now she can see the world through a new perspective!! 🎉

They may benefit from interoception work!!
Interoception is the sense that helps us understand and feel what’s going on inside of our bodies. It is the eighth sensory system

OT can help kids become more aware of what their bodies are telling them, so they can respond in ways that support learning, socializing, and self-care!

We are excited for all of our new tools so our OTs at GWM can go deeper in helping children understand more about their bodies 👤💚
