A clip from Dr. Hannah’s taping class 👏

We’ve gotten great feedback from everyone who attended. People shared that they learned a lot and felt more empowered to support their bodies and take care of minor injuries at home using taping.

We try to offer classes like this about once a quarter. We won’t be holding a traditional class this spring because we’ll be focusing on our Annual Taproot Spring Cleanse, which gives you the opportunity to learn more about food, detox, and supporting your body through nutrition.

Dr. Hannah hosted a free taping class last Friday, and it was such a great experience all around 👏

It was really well received, and we loved seeing people walk away feeling more confident and empowered to use taping as a tool at home. Huge thanks to everyone who came and made it such a great class.

And for those who asked — we now have kinesiology tape available in the office for under $10 a roll.

Spring is almost here, and we’re getting ready for our Annual Taproot Spring Cleanse 🌱✨

This is something we offer every year as a group, and one of the biggest reasons people see such great results is because we do it together. You’ll be supported not only by others participating, but also by our doctors throughout the process.

Dr. Angie will be running the cleanse this year, and we’re excited to be using a new program designed to be more approachable and less strenuous, while still offering meaningful benefits. It also falls perfectly between Spring Break and Easter, making it a great time to reset and refocus.

Dr. Kierstn, Dr. Angie, Dr. Hannah, and Dr. Ness will all be in the office Tuesday and ready to take care of patients.

If you’re having trouble finding a time that works with your doctor, please let our team know and we’ll do our best to add hours and get everyone cared for this week.

Out of an abundance of caution for the safety of both our patients and our team, we’ll be opening at 10:00 AM on Monday, January 26th ❄️💙

If your appointment needs to be adjusted, our doctors will be adding hours and shifting schedules to make sure all patients are cared for this week.

If you have an appointment that is affected, you’ll receive a text from our team shortly.

We’ll make a decision about Tuesday once we have more information regarding the road conditions expected Tuesday morning.
