Now more than ever, we are finding ourselves stressed in so many ways. Lost jobs, working from home, kids out of school, grocery store shelves empty of necessities. There are steps we can all take to relieve stress: 1) Get adequate rest, 2) Eat well and exercise, 3) Take a break from social media and news, 4) Reach out to friends and loved ones for support and encouragement.
