This is different than literally every other modality I’ve ever tried to learn. It’s going to take A LOT of practice and patience (and patience has never been part of my character).

This IS NOT massage. These are positional release techniques (where you’re going to feel Ike I’m doing absolutely nothing) for the entire body. So all of you who have stubborn problems we’ve been working on for a while, these are coming your way!
