Tomas walked into our community in January with a clear goal:
Prepare himself physically and mentally to join the Army.

Last Friday was his final day with us… because this week, he officially steps into his next chapter , serving our country.

Since January, we’ve watched him:

✔️ Increase his performance
✔️ Improve his endurance and strength
✔️ Elevate his physical aptitude
✔️ Show up consistently, even on the hard days
✔️ Crush his Army test with incredible results

But more than the numbers, what stands out is his discipline, humility, and commitment.

Thomas we are beyond proud of you.

Thank you for trusting our community to help you grow, prepare, and level up. It has been an honor to be part of your journey.

You didn’t just train your body…
You built resilience. You built confidence. You built character.

If you’re 28+ and still trying to « burn it off »…

Girl.

That’s why nothing is changing.

Your body isn’t broken.
It’s stressed.

You can’t out-cardio cortisol.
You can’t starve your way into « toned. »
And you definitely can’t live on caffeine and vibes.

At 28+, your body starts demanding respect.

Sleep matters.
Recovery matters.
Protein matters.

But instead, most women go:

« Maybe I just need to push harder. »

No.

You need to build muscle.

Lift 3–4 times a week.
Slow your reps down.
Rest between sets.
Stop rushing like you’re being timed.

Muscle is what shapes your body.
Muscle is what keeps your metabolism alive.
Muscle is what makes you look strong, not soft.

And if you’re training hard but skipping protein?

You’re literally working against yourself.

After I train, I drink my shake.
Not because it’s cute.
Because I don’t expect my body to change without giving it what it needs.

28+ isn’t the decline.

It’s the era where you stop punishing your body
and start leading it.

Less chaos.
More structure.
More strength.
More fuel.

And watch how fast your body responds when it feels supported instead of attacked.
